The mixed-load advantage

A 40ft high-cube container has roughly 76 m³ of space. Two Hilux double cabs occupy about 40 m³, leaving room for 8–10 pallets of filters, brake pads, spark plugs and lubricants.

Example landed cost

ItemCost (USD)
Ocean freight Jebel Ali → Mombasa (40HC)2,900
Lashing & securing (2 vehicles)350
Parts palletising (8 pallets)240
Documentation150
Total logistics3,640

Split across two vehicles and USD 25,000 of parts, logistics falls below 5% of goods value.
