Shipping methods
We recommend the method that minimises landed cost and transit time for the destination, quantity and cargo mix, then book it on your behalf.
Sealed container with lashing to international standards, one bill of lading for the whole consignment. Lowest landed cost per unit for dealers.
Ideal for filters, brake pads, plugs and fast movers. Packed to your picking list with a single packing list per shipment.
Vehicles are driven on board; no container handling at destination. Requires the unit to be in running condition.
Cross-border road delivery with customs brokerage at the border. Same-week dispatch from our Dubai warehouse.
Booked from Dubai, Hong Kong or Guangzhou with airport-to-door options. We advise when air becomes cheaper than downtime.
Export process
A documented, five-stage process with a named logistics coordinator, so your clearing agent always knows what is arriving and when.
Standard commercial terms

Accept the PDF quotation; the deposit (T/T or L/C) reserves the vehicles and allocates parts stock.
Final 150-point inspection, photos and video are shared. Vehicles are de-registered and export-cleared; pre-shipment inspection (KEBS, TBS, UNBS, SONCAP) is booked where the destination requires it.
Freight is booked on the agreed method. Vehicles are lashed or driven on board; parts are palletised to your picking list with one packing list.
Originals are couriered within 48 hours of departure and uploaded to your customer portal. Copies go to your clearing agent on request.
ETD/ETA updates in the portal; our logistics team supports your agent through customs until the cargo is released.
